1. Liaise with clients and workers where necessary.
2. Develop and maintain systems to establish standards relating to various vineyard jobs keeping in view the vine health and optimum yield.
3.Report as necessary on changes in standards and on performance against standards.
4.Manage staff according to company standards(appraisals, discipline, training ,development etc).
5. Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary staff training and development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to staff(Specially to the people of other languages)
6. Ensure activities meet with and integrate with company requirements for quality management, health and safety ,legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
